  • Good on you. Have a closer look you might be stitting / living on the mother load!

  • Hi, natural nuggets are never 100% pure gold or with other words 24 Karat. They are a product of mother nature and always contain a certain percentage of either Silver, Copper, Palladium or a mixture of these metals. Depending on the area where the nuggets come from the purity can be higher or much lower. Australian nuggets i.e. generally range from about 94 to 96% pure gold. The value however doesn't decrease with such small amounts of Silver/Copper or Palladium in the nugget.

  • wot idiot would melt this precious nugget ??

  • @MegaRonbee, You're right, who would. Probably the ones who always see the $ signs blinking and who've got no appreciation and understanding about gold prospecting and the beauty of a mother nature's piece! Cheers

  • Thank you for your comment. The nugget is still for sale however it doesn't come cheap. If you know somebody who could be interested it would be appreciated if you were able to send him a link to our clip. Alternatively if you were able to tell us by email it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
