  • Yes of course, but you need to move a little further back and find the right place. The spring tension needs to work with the shoulders and not be too strong. The movement needs to be fluid and controlled and the range of movement needs to fit your body.

  • As I work now alone at home I was wondering if I could use the home wall unit my teacher installed for me for this movement?
