Mario Kart Wii - The Clarinet Cup (Sunday) (2 of 2)

You may have noticed that in the two races before this, I was doing all right, then something weird happened to me towards the end and messed me up. Well, it continues...though for the second race only.

Race #3
DS Delfino Square
You know, I was really expecting it to happen again in this race. Instead, the pummeling happened towards the beginning. I got a Lightning Bolt, which was a lot more helpful than normal as I picked up a Star on my way, allowing me to take the alletyway shortcut and Bullet Bill the rest of the way into 3rd place. Someone was approaching me with a Star, but they weren't able to catch up to me.

But it DID happen in this race. In the third lap, someone put in a whole lot of Bananas near the jump towards the end. I didn't slip on any, but my swerving around them caused me to panic and hit the jump at a very odd angle. I ultimately placed last in this competition. Ah well.

Man, it's a shame I missed out today. I'm fighting with a computer virus, so it's been tough.

This was quite an unlucky set for you. A few errors mixed in with an item barrage. I wonder if people attack you sometimes for the sake of it being recorded.

Anyway, SantaClaus made a nice comeback. By the 3rd race, he was in last...but he finished 4th overall! The game proves once again that one amazing race can make you or break you.

oh, and was this race all babies? I thought I saw alot of baby luigi dupicates, unless my eyes are failing me. The only reason I could think of was that its all babies and there are really only 4 baby characters.

Sometimes, I suspect that too--wanting to get a share of the spotlight or something. For most of the item attacks against me, I don't know who it came from, since all the heads on the map overlap each other.

It's not some sort of sinister worm you're dealing with, is it? Some of these virus creators are as ruthlessly cunning and evil as Bond villains.
