When I click the warp to point nothing happens

@PhiliPinoKo do the maker asked the GTA:SA installation path, or the data folder contains the race folder, and the modified gta dat? Or you can try pressing the button twice, or try using a teleporter tool if it won't teleport you to the right place, coordinate XY are written correctly in the program, and the Z is 1001
