Hi! That was a gold tone metal vintage button, you can find them at thrift stores or even on etsy or ebay :)

We found them at a dollar store but people sell them on Etsy and Ebay as well. The separate flower petals were just taken apart from random full fake flowers I had laying around. Hope that helps.
