@Dave54600 thank u! i am a martial artist too.

@5674trackrunner Remember the scene in Game of Death when fighting Kareem Abdul Jabbar where Bruce jumps into a prone position on the floor and uses his legs to lock up Kareems legs, tripping him over? That's floor work. Techniques delivered while lying on the floor. Moves like that tend to be unexpected in a fight. Most unwelcome if you are a tall guy and your opponent does this type of thing. Some martial arts have more emphasis on this than others.

@KnTCG well at least you are honest ha ha. UFC has got a bit boring I agree. You should watch the old vale tudo from Brazil it is far more hard core!

Training is a VERY important aspect of being good . But Bruce Lee took that to the next level , he used his brain a lot , and that's what makes him special .

It always comes back to this shit. Nobody would beat Bruce Lee, that's why he is who he is. The only man he was apprehensive about going toe to toe with was Ali. If a guy was too big for Bruce he'd do floor work. Punches to the face would become finger jabs to the eyes or the throat, His knowledge of pressure points, Chi Sao and it's applications in Wing Chun are the reasons he was so deadly. To be kicked by Bruce Lee was likened by many people to being hit by a car. Power = Technique + Speed
