Forgotten Hope 2 'Life & Death'

Forgotten Hope 2 - Testers, Master developers and regular forum goers battling it out during Forgotten Hope 2 Game Night 3.

I wasn't fortunate enough to be part of this game night, so my initial reaction was to make a very sad movie, using still shots like they were photo memories of some awesome party I did not attend. The stills + motion style was inspired by a Battlefield Bad Company 2 promo.

None of these action frames are scripted, all footage is captured from random events during the fighting.

Thanks to all those who took part. Special thanks to the night server admin(s) and to Flippy Warbear for organising the battlerecorder footage the next day.

Two friendly tips: buy a better PC, NAO! Also you should cut the vid by 15-20 sec to avoid this out of nowhere and sinister ending which kinda ruined the whole impression of peace.

3:24 scene is snafu, serious face-palming here. Might consider taking this down and fixing then cutting the end off like you said.

what video output settings do you use Kubadoor? I'm using f4v - perhaps a hi-res .avi file might improve the qulity a bit.

@Kubador88 i think that might be the point... to promote a feeling of peace and then shatter it with the sinister music and the pan out into  a cemetery i reckon is enhances the feeling of the entire video

Good movie bud! You managed to capture so many instances that we normally don't see during gameplay! Love the shells in 3.02 - 3.04! Scenes give you a sense of false peace! (PS Agree with Kubador re ending scenes but I would just remove the music)
