This is a simple little video I shot while cutting necks for motorcycles. Nothing real special at all. I didnt talk while shooting the video so no real info in the video except visual of the saw working.
I try to do it this way so they start off as square as they can be at about 7 1/8 long
then it leave me little work on the lathe to take them down to the correct length and square the ends off.
This is a thich DOM Tube 1/2 inch wall thickness to allow lathing the inside to accept the races for the bearings and internal fork stops.
I will post links on this video to the lathe work as soon as I shoot some of that.
That drop saw is a beast. :)

@3zer0s It is, I have cut these with a hand band saw (motorized of course) and it took forever and was crooked as crooked could be lol.
