I praise the driver that called in on your numerous unsafe actions. Filming while driving (illegal action per FMCSA), driving while tired (as posted in another video). Did not do a proper pretrip inspection (twice videos noted that). Harrassing other drivers on the CB radio (two videos). Hate to see and think other unsafe actions you done. You should have your VA state license pulled due to this activity or atleast fined.

@aw010287 Actually, every study ever done has shown that the driver of the truck is at fault in a wreck less than 30% of the time. I could write a book about the unsafe things I have seen 4 wheelers doing while attempting to drive.

@Dogbreath1971 Well, as I know right now, the United States including VA HAS NOT passed a law that says distracted driving is illegal. So Andrew hasn't violated anything about operating a camera so far.

I could see him getting in trouble by "abusing" the CB radio but as far as it seems playing with the CB radio isn't that big of a deal.

Driving while tired can result in a crash, but I don't know about the pretrip inspection or whatever. So Andrew violated: 2 of 3 "rules" and one unknown rule.
