I'm a great fan of Cash's music. Also heard the version of 'Ain't no grave' that he sang. It's more manly I'd say, but then again also very monotone and a bit depressive. Of course that's just my opinion.
Personally, the version of Crooked Still makes me happy to be alive and I can feel the happiness in their music. Everytime I hear it, I'm humming and singing it for hours. I think that's worth a lot.
