This video was taken yesterday during our Psych. class as we are taking a break. This is the first week of the five-week class. We are discussing about coping with stress and different ways in dealing with it. One way is by popping those bubble wraps. Another way is through massage and aroma therapy. Some may use scented candles among other things. I guess we are the so-called non-traditional RN students at Rhodes State College. This class is part of our transition from LPN to RN...
