i love cloverfield i give it a A+.
-
nicely written. who's the band?

well basically even that was intenionally so that people get interested about the monster and do some research on their own. I have to say i really liked the fact that throughout the movie you didn't know anymore than the characters ... adds some kind of realism to it ...

DUDE cloverfield is A+

I have two flaws with this movie:
1) The ending was too vague, sure cliffhangers good but this could have shown more.
2) There's not enough information on the monster, you have to do your research to know that it's a baby and there's a satelite falling in the background.

Come on, enough with the conservative bashing

This movie rocks. It got the feeling of edgy movies of an earlier area, because characters we love die, they lose everything, it was an epic tragedy and vivid nightmare all rolled into one. The actors for the most part failed to live up to the potential of Cloverfield but they still did good work - I just didn't feel any true care for them in my heart, because I always had the sense they were cookie-cutter Hollywood faces just "acting." Still love the film though, rare nice horror.
haha dude what about the very last part where the guy that holds the camera the entire time gets fuckin boned? i mean the entire fucking armed forces are on this beast (which ill guess is the loudest monster terrorizing NYC) the entire movie. then suddenly towards the end, the beast turns into fucking david blaine, tip toes its monstrous ass body out of the battle zone and sneaks up on three fucking people walking through a park? bullshit.

@iamlegend0 So true...
Still, I don't think it was hunting them, it just sorta stumbled upon them, but the no sound thing doesn't make any sense.

Quite entertaining. I did like Blair Witch and PJ's Kong, but I agree with most of your points about "Cloverfield". Decent monster film, but don't believe the hype, its not THAT good. Nice video, thanks for posting!
