Fender versus Gibson.

In this video I try to cover the main points of what is different between these two manufacturers by going by the standard differences as they were back in the day when these guitars were made only in the USA. Fender And Gibson used to be very unique in their techniques. Today you can get fendery gibsons and gibsony fenders all day long made all over the world. So if it's old school your looking for, here's the difference.

Hey man, great rev. You said around 6:57 that you can show can to get a Gibson sound out of a Strat. Well, sir, if you do have that answer to the question of my life, I'd like to know the answer!!! (Love the strat feel but would like to take as much brightness out of it as I can, 'cause I like the darker tones you can get out of an LP or SG. Nothing compares to the versatility and comfort of a Strat, though). Please answer!!! Or send me an e-mail!!! Anything!!!

@MrGoldenStrike Epiphone is a brand owned by Gibson. The only brand that has the license to copy Gibson's guitars with great detail. Epiphone is Gibson's cheaper line. But i don't care. I've never played epiphones, and don't plan to.
