Lingam tape: Protest at panel's first meeting

The three-member independent panel set up to probe the authenticity of the VK Lingam video clip was confronted by a group of angry protestors at its maiden meeting this morning.

This woman Koya is an uneducated ignorant ranting fundamentalist using communist Chinese ideology and methods to make a scene of something they have no right to override. Where is the offence? There is a video tape but no offence because there is no proof that the tape or its contents constitute the offence.

Chinese should just move back to china if they're not happy in Malaysia. If they want to stay in Malaysia - they should shut up and respect local Malays.

If you read history books (not the ones wriiten by chinese communists) you will all know that Malays have been living in Malaysia for over 3000 years... Chinese are twisting the history - just as they do with Tibet's history.

of course the land is already here, but what im sayaing is the malays who explored malaya peninsula way before the british or the chinese or the indians, just like the europeans explored north america and say it was theirs although it was the american indians were the early inhabitants overthere. However, when the malays came here, it was nothing and build a civilition over here. Can the malays go to china or india and claim it as our land? Definitely no way they allow it to happen!!

who says, we malays arrive here some 400 years before u arrive here, chineses and indians were brought by british to malaya. We came here by our own..chinese and indians came here through the help of the british. it is a big difference. Malays found this land first before the british. That means we are the inhabitants here because we discover the land and u came here as immigrants.
