Have a friend that shot it at shot show. Said he was very disappointed with this weapon. Not very accurate and after talking to Springfield it sounds like its going to cost well over $700. He said he probably wont even stock it in his store.

29 ounces makes this a heavy gun for it's size.

Also talked to Springfield at SHOT Show and they said they have plans in the near future in creating the XDs in both 9mm and .40.

I have the .45 on order to replace my LCP(.380 6+1).
