Please see below for a poetic description
by Sue Marcuslee (My Pen-name)

Hearts of Valour...Assembling at Gallipoli,
Hearts of Valour...Dreaming of a glorious victory.
Hearts of Valour...Devoid of dread and fear,
Hearts of Valour...The ANZAC of the Southern Hemisphere.

Hearts of Valour...Advancing beneath the burning sun,
Hearts of Valour...Armed with rifle, bayonet and gun.
Hearts of Valour...Obeying the order Attack, Attack ,
Hearts of Valour...With no thoughts of turning back.

Hearts of Valour...Falling, dying or clinically dead,
Hearts of Valour..Still advancing where angels fear to tread.
Hearts of Valour...Who lost the battle but won a victory,
Hearts of Valour...By helping create, freedom for you and me.

Hearts of Valour...Ascending to a peaceful heavenly life,
Hearts of Valour...The fallen heroes of mother, father or wife.
Hearts of Valour...Who died alone in incredible pain,
Hearts of Valour...Sacrificing their lives but not in vain.

Hearts of Valour...Should be remembered on April 25th each year,
Hearts of Valour...Deserve our utmost respect and a quiet tear.
Hearts of Valour...We will leave a wreath of poppies for you,
Hearts of Valour...Who gave so much, for so few.
