Without having watched the video yet, I am going to talk to you now. Don't feel too ironic because coincidentally I am schooling to be a psychiatrist and what I'm basically picking up from your "blind and deaf" tactic of listening is that you aren't accepting of constructive criticism. Which basically pays credence to the fact that you aren't secure enough to admit that you are wrong and make efforts to better yourself. So how can you move forward if you can't address your own mistakes?
