@JackmySnack Whilst everyone spoke English, the mother tongue of these people was still that of their country of origin. Just like now, the language of trade is english, but people still speak other languages. If you visit bungiepedia, and look up Reach, it tells us how Hungarian is spoken by characters such as Jorge, and the civillian woman in the mission Winter Contingency.
