While record breaking voter turnout was expected in the first-in-the-south Primary, South Carolina's Republican presidential primary held reports that voters were being turned away from the polls due to malfunctioning voting machines in Horry County. "Human error" put the machines offline in 80% of the county's precincts during Saturday's voting. We talked with Carol Fowler, Chair of the South Carolina Democratic Party, about how the machine malfunctions in South Carolina's Republican primary may affect January 26th's Democratic Primary.

Carol Fowler also shares her views on whether America's voting system is broken and what can be done to help fix it.
