@WavyGravyTrain those are tornado sirens. When you hear them you are supposed to seek shelter in a center room, bathtub, or storm shelter immediately! In the video age though I stood on the porch instead.

Check out the lightning strikes at @0:55 Also @2:28 and @2:49 and @2:53 and @3:10 and @3:33 and @4:02 and @4:13 and @4:58 and these were just the ones that were clearly visible. There are lots and lots more in the video
This was filmed in about 4 segments which I edited together. Overall the entire time was about thirty minutes. It looks awfully calm, but I can assure you its scary!
