Poor interoffice communications. We've all been subject to it, and we've all witnessed it. Last year at the Techcrunch Disrupt conference I asked people what was the worst office communications faux pas they ever witnessed. I got some really funny answers, so I asked the question again at the Ragan Communications event, "Employee Communications, PR and Social Media Summit."
Many people had some inappropriate stories to tell, and some admitted to making the mistakes themselves. It doesn't matter how advanced our technology gets. People still suffer from "foot-in-mouth" disease.
