  • John Duffey is very missed in bluegrass music. The man was a legend. I have a video with them playing Lay Down Sally, wearing little children's sunglasses. It's on VHS and I am going to have it put onto a DVD. I love it. It's priceless to me. RIP John.

  • I remember the moments when I heard of Bill Monroe's and John Duffey's deaths the way that an earlier generation remember the death of JFK. I don't think Bluegrass has been quite as good since then.

  • 2 people ride pack mules!

  • The stuff legends are made of. Amazing vocals, and a beautiful song.
