  • this is such a good idea i love healthy living and keep fit but i think most people struggle with similar things especially for women thighs is a problem area so if you can do a video on how to tone and slim your legs because i know a lot of people sometimes bulk up instead that would be a good idea ^^

  • thank youuuuu for this vid idea. i have a FEW questions :) How do you stay motivated to keep going to the gym daily (i tend to go like two days in a row, and then get busy and dont go) what sort of workouts do you do for cardio? && As for toning (tone-ing afjfdkjh idk?) what do you do? cause I'd like to tone up, but i dont want to be a muscle woman! :p
