hey chief, I am in the video with the competetion part not the reenacting part.
I seen where you are from I do have relatives in Belguim still i haven't seen them or i have never seen them. . The competetion is the fun sport
the reenactment are pretty fun as well to see what the destruction of a cannon shell can do is to watch are sport, also we don't only fire cannons but muskets and pistols and carbines as well north and south skirmish association

I found a longer version of the song on ITunes in the album Songs of the Soldier sung by the US Army Chorus. It has more verses but changes the words in the verse "was it high, was it low.....", no "where the hell...". It only cost me 99 cents but I don't know how you'd blend it with your videos but you're obviously more technically capable than I am.
There is a cannon pictured towards the end of your video. 3 men are pushing it 1 man is holding a ramrod. Is that a breech loader? I have a Whitworth cannon and I am very interested in civil war breechloaders. See videos by (piutesteve) Please let me know Thanks steve

@piutesteve Hi, yes that is a breechloader, but I'm not sure who the guys are. I do have some other clips of them loading and shooting it as well.

Just wish they'd sung the verse " Was it high, was it low, Where the hell did that one go? As those Caissons go rolling along Was it left, was it right, Now we won't get home tonight And those Caissons go rolling along."

Me too. I searched for a version that had that verse but couldn't find one. If anyone can tell me where I can find it I'd re-do the video.

Waw, nice one ! I hope I can see those guns for real one day : -)
I've never heard a vocal version of the field artillery march, it's very good !

There are different versions of the words to the song, that is one of the older versions.
