No, actually there not. They look the same, but there not the same. Terminal 4 is in the beginning of the mission, this one is towards the end...

The same thing happened with me! I found all the terminals and accessed every single one and yet I still don't have the achievement. :(

ok.

to "get the terminal" wait for the message to be redirected...what I mean is wait AFTER the red and after there is a new message. then exit the terminal. Do this for all terminals and you should get the achievement.
