This is a theologically unsound statement. Jesus is not concerned with US currency values... only the hearts of human beings. The ebb and flow of the economy is not what defines God's Grace or Omnipotence. He is Good, period. We on the other hand, do suffer from the consequences of our actions and the results of our choices. Greed and foolish socialist policies begets an economy that is built on a weak structure... the Free Market must be allowed to work. Interfere, govt., at your peril.

That is not going to happen on either account, most likely... though there is always the possibility. Perhaps this is your fantasy but a rather untenable one. Will the US drop to 2nd world status... much more likely and within our reach far more quickly than most are willing to recognize. India/China richest? Can't see that happening.... so many factors they need to overcome first. But clearly they want to and will do almost anything to see it happen. Unfortunate and scary at the same time.

Well said. This is simple, easy, and right there for anyone to observe, yet no one does anything, why? Government is in control of the system, ofcourse it will not change, unless they have literally no other option, even then better to institute martial law then admit defeat.
