I work at Petsmart. I had a customer lastnight who was a complete asshole. The catmilk according to him is $3.39 well it scans as $3.99. THATS THE FUCKING PRICE GET OVER IT.Then he doesn't get a dumb coupon then bitches about that and starts cockin an attitude with me. I almost flipped shit but didn't cus I would have been fired. I started shaking I was so ticked off. Retail is a nightmare. That customer can go die peeing on himself. Anyways love your video all those skits are 100% true lol

If you had a Job like this then you would know that it's fucking hell! It doesn't matter if you have the skills or is doing your job the way the boss wants you too there is always gonna be a customers you wish you could shoot in the face. Your the one not making any sense around here. This woman is spot on!

This makes no sense whatsoever. You do realise the job is to assist customers? You get PAID to help them? That 'whining' customer recognises your role - read your contract and you might too. The only people whining here are those so entirely unskilled they can't even do Spongebob's job. Self-serve counters are replacing you anyway, thank god!

People who make me check the price on everything are the WORST! We have a price scanner. And I point that out to them....They still decide to stand there like a bunch of idiots and still make me scan everything! On top of that...They decide to not take out the things they don't want BEFORE holding up the line!
