Even though they don't have a purse. wtf and perving on you and talking about some bitch they were with on their phone to their bro or to the lady they are obviously cheating on there wife with instead of paying attention. And men with WIC are the worst they get mad at YOU for THEIR WIC taking up everyone's time and know shit about it. They also act like they are vip customers and OMG the lame jokes!!
