They say j-walking, but i bet it was more like walking as slow as possible across a busy street because you think you own the world. I bet she was surprised when she got punched, its probably a normal thing with her, she acts bad and thinks no one is ever going to do something but someone finally did and she cries... welp.. she deserved it..

2nd perp steppd in and pushed him, put her hands on him. The 1st got behind him, which now means his gun is up for the takeing. My opinoin he didnt use enough force. Should have tazered the first perp, sprayed the 2nd and called for backup. That would have been after she got punched in the face. I also wouldnt have been dancing with the 1st perp after that trying to be nice and use a wrist lock, should have been a take down and speed cuff. Then focus on crowd. Cop did a great job.

He didnt arrest her for jaywalking. What the media didnt show is prior to him trying to place her under arrest. While attempting to gain her ID and talk to her about crossing in the middle of traffic, stopping traffic. She cursed him out and pushed him telling him to gtfo of her way and to mind his buisness. She was arrested for assault on an officer and then resisting arrest. Absolutely justified. Especially when the 2nd girl came in, for all he knew she was 34 and trying to grab his gun,
