I am sure you don't mean whether or not Aloeride aloe vera works on the beast of burden, but whether or not it works on the arse :-) Two nations divided by a common language. That tissue is epithelium so yes, Aloeride aloe vera will repair such tissue damage. Every day 2 caps Aloeride orally + open 1 capsule and mix its powder content with for instance a little aquous cream and gently apply that to the affected area. Make sure there is as little as possible friction / pressure on the wound.

if you want to sweat out toxins get some masada bath salts from the health food store, run lukewarm bathing water in the tub, use a couple cups of masada bath salts in the water, turn on the heater in your home and soak for a good 30 minutes in the tub, it'll be like your homemade sauna.and it's effective.Just remember if you don't have a filtration system you can buy one of those crystal bath balls to remove chlorine from the water.if you never done it before start off at 15 minutes.

chocolate has a lot of refined sugar and is quite high on fat which wil or might make you break out. Evrytime I eat chocolate the next day i get a zit. I swear. So my response, see how your skin reacts to chocolate. If you dont break out, that is a good sign. I guess.
