Interesting, shame you didn't make the recording known and admissible.
-
@DiegoAlfaro49 I would say both are at fault..

Great video, using this for class!
-
I sounds like the officer was looking for cause (empty can on it`s way be recycled) ... but color cannot hide her comments. The individual was acting unreasonable in some ways.

Multi-disciplinary attack teams in Alberta are any person who is involved in a government of Alberta sponsored or public service.Ethical people are forced out or ignored. Alberta courts are aware of the assaults on child complainants but take no action to protect them.Once a member attacks a child or has abused them the others spring to the defense of the offender.
-
When a complaint is made againstchild attackers at an ARM team or their relative, offenders in Crisis Unit teams have the family assaulted and attempt to discredit witnesses. To prevent attacks go directly to a lawyer & have a written complaint drawn up notarized against any Cross Ministry team POLICE / TEAM or politician. False reports & false witness + a terroristic attack against the complainant is done by multi-disciplinary members. Abuse of child complainants & retaliation is ongoing.
-
Alberta Response Model refuse to identfy themselves or provide a badge number. BLITZ attacks against complainants the offenders have the family of their victims attacked terrorized and assaulted by team members +Attacks on child witnesses by ARM offenders acting against complainants. Attacks begin when a complaint of child abuse against an officer or ARM members, their family & friends is made. A series of assaults by teams false allegations against adult witness complainant & the child victim.

I was trespassed against... arrested ....handcuffed...and never told my rights...never told i could talk to a lawyer.... i told the female she violated my charter rights ...she didn't think so... my private vehicle was searched... glove compartment opened... wallet taken... after they said sorry and i have that on tape..... only if i am willing to waste 3 years of my life fighting for justice....is it really worth fighting for?

In order to assess the gravity of a charter breach, a number of factors must be considered. They may be summarized as follows:
was the violation inadvertent or committed in good faith or was it wilful, deliberate and flagrant;
was the violation serious or merely of a technical nature;
was the violation motivated by a situation of urgency or necessity
