Kyle and Oliver Wedding Day In Angel Square 11 2 09

Another great thing about this show happened today. They managed to advance all their story lines, but two, around kyle, Oliver and Nicks unrequited and real love story. That's the reason for the wonderful montage at the end of today's show. From the Preview it looks like they will be taking care of the other two story lines, who Rexs father really is and the return of Nash?, for the rest of the week.

And about the Rev Andrew Carpenter
Robert Krimmer is returning to the show as Rev. Andrew Carpenter for a brief stay. Why does this matter? Longtime OLTL fans will recall that Andrew was heavily involved in the Billy Douglas coming out storyline in the late 80s. He was the one who helped the teenager (played by film star Ryan Phillippe) deal with his sexuality as well as the homophobia gripping Llanview at the time. Andrews return is connected to the Oliver/Nick/Kyle storyline, tying the two landmark plots together.

For anyone wondering what happened to J.J., Parkers younger brother on As The World Turns, Daniel Manche (As The World Turns' ex-JJ) has joined the cast of OLTL and will appear as Tom. Thursday, October 22, Kevin helps Matthew get settled in his new boarding school, where he meets his roommate Tom

David Gregory (Ford, the Reality Show Producer) will be returning on a full-time basis as Ford in December! Dont know how long he will stay around.

One Life To Lives Kyle Lewis (Brett Claywell) doesnt go through with his wedding to Nick and instead declares his love for collegiate boyfriend Oliver Fish (Scott Evans). To take that a step further, Scott Evans reveals to TV Guide Magazines Michael Logan, that the long suffering twosome officially declare themselves a couple, complete with a kiss on national television.

Okay, so I REALLY like that Kish is officially born...but I feel so bad for Nick. To be told "I don't love you" and then hear Kyle say that he loves Oliver within a minute of each other...that's killer.

This scene always gets me. The way Kyle talks with that voice...ugh!!!!! i love it!!!! KISH FTW...and no sorry i don't feel bad for Nick...he always did get on my nerves.

With a lot of rewriting, the entire Kyle-Oliver story would make a beautiful movie, with this as the climactic ending. So, so brave of OLTL to do this beautiful, heartfelt storyline, and I'm so happy to have discovered it today and watched all 9 hours in one sitting! (I'll watch the rest of the story tomorrow.)
