1. Drink only water for the entire year of 2010
2. Develop a good solid work out routine
3. Encourage everybody all the time!
4. Lose Weight
5. Lower B.M.I down to a healthy and good level for YOUR body
6. Don't eat Fast Food!

  • little late here, but i dont think juicing is the best option... the sugar gets into your blood stream much quicker than it does when you eat it, and it raises your insulin levels at a rapid pace! which really isnt too good for you....

  • water is way better !

  • If you want to juice do it. If you want to eat do it. Who cares?

  • It's not the same thing. With eating the apple you take in fiber, that is good for your pooper, but it fills you up. By juicing the apple you could eat more fruits and veggies then by eating them alone.

    other then that its all water and fresh juice

  • in my experience it has been better to eat the fruit then drink the juice...for two reasons,...eating the fruit is alot more filling and instead of just eating one apple and being full you would need to juice many apples to get enough juice to really have a glass full....so its also more calories....plus with eating the fruit you get all the fiber from the flesh of the fruit...just my own personal experience! good luck!!

  • I think juice would be fine, just not too much.. cause it does have a lot of sugar in it, like some fruit juices have no nutrional value.. so, if you mean real fruit juices hahah than ya sure. X) okay I crack myself up.

  • Apparently apples have caffiene in them, so prob don't want to juice an apple as that wont help. But an orange does have ya vitamin c but not sure how much acidic/sugary stuff is in them too. Im no expert on fruit.
