I would love to know how you got such good guitar and vocal tone with a single mic in this recording.

The large diaphragm mic is picking up the vocals and most of the guitar level. The guitar under-saddle pickup is also plugged into the sub-mixer, but so far back in the mix it's barely noticeable. The sub-mixer is plugged straight into the line level input of the camcorder, minus about 35db.
Sometimes the simplest of recipes yield the tastiest results!
