(Test) Hurt - Ten Ton Brick Drums

This is me messing around playing Hurt's new single Ten Ton Brick. It's only a test video, so I did no editing and the quality is terrible because I'm using the most shocking camera of all: a cheap camera from the 'Lego Studios' Lego set from when I was A LOT younger. I made a lot of mistakes because its an unfamiliar set-up and i haven't properly tuned it, so if you think it sucks, I think its worse.

Original drummer from HURT, Wil, here. Try thinking more cyclically when you play the tom parts. I find it helps to think about mean things when you do it.

Yes i do. I use a lot of flams.

I just dont see the point in putting this video up if the drums aren't tuned properly and if you made mistakes. Also, if you had the track playing it would be a lot more interesting. Sounds pretty good though. Now you have something to improve on =]

Thanks. I put the video up to see how youtube worked and to see what people thought of my drumming. But i'm looking at getting a decent video camera and making the videos properly.

Yeh, you should definately get a decent camera, I can tell that you're a good drummer (Y), I gave it a 4 =]
