Just wondering, did you get the dog after the cat? I have 3 cats and there is a spaniel cross with something that I want to adopt from a pound. I am just worried how my cats will go..they are a bit old, around 13 years

Cinnamon, the cocker-spaniel, is a little older than that cat, Licorice, perhaps by a year or so. The cat was from a stray litter in our backyard, so he was adopted when Cinnamon was still a puppy.

Yes, they LOVE each other! Although Lexy is clearly the "alpha dog" cat and Cinnamon accepts that. :)
