This video clip is from a Russian news programme.
There was an accident at a coal mine and people were accused of drinking on the job.
The interviewer is trying to see if there is any truth in the rumour, and then one of the other workers turns up unannounced. Don't need sound, unless you can speak Russian

This video was uploaded by me 5 years ago, then forgotten about. I was told the guy was drunk, it looked like a harmless funny video and youtube is all about having a laugh so no harm done. But it is now clear that he is not infact drunk, but disabled in some way. So now you know the truth, its up to you to decide if you still think the video is funny or not, so stop hating.
