should a been answer but anyway dont waste ya money on that lens its crud i got a d 300 and had a few sigmas lying around one being 18-50 and its real bad a throw away camera would get better pics if you dont need the macro you can score for $169 canadian a tamron 17-35/ f 2.8-4 di wide angle from prodigital on ebay havent used it though waiting for it in post but it gets not bad reveiws
