PCB Etching Machine Improved Version

This PCB etching machine is the improved version of my previous machine. Timer and limit switch being added. The etching time can be set with this timer in place and stop at the designated position where the limit switch being placed.... With this improvement in place, the etching process become easy. It will stop by itself at tilted position where the etching chemical will be separated once the etching done. So you don't have to worry that the PCB board being soak in the chemical for too long after etching machine stop. Do let me know if there is still room for improvement. Thank you.

Very neat indeed. You might consider using a halogen lamp to heat the mixture just be careful of the plastic tub being melted, stainless might be better in that instance.

just one problem, I don't use UV anymore, I use laser printer + laminator, about 100 times faster this way... anyway, will just have to see what will work best

simple make a circle in both layers of the pcb, when you print the first side you also print the holes, then drill them , when you print the second layer the reference points are the holes,,,,

Thats all good and everything, but I am using now, much faster way, laser printer method, how would I do double side here?
