BGM-109 Tomahawk Cruise Missile

The Tomahawk BGM-109 is a long-range, all-weather, subsonic cruise missile. Introduced by General Dynamics in the 1970s, it was designed as a medium- to long-range, low-altitude missile that could be launched from a submerged submarine. It has been improved several times and, by way of corporate divestitures and acquisitions, is now made by Raytheon. Some Tomahawks were also manufactured by McDonnell Douglas

That is possible and cluster bombing is common. The range cannot be extended. It has been tapped out at the current technology which is why the next phase in cruise missil is underway, however, in 1993 they did increase payload in the Block IV with the addition of oxygen enhanced air that replaces spent fuel in the tank and creats a much bigger impact.

I mean having it be drop-able from, i dont know, F-16's and F-18s in clusters of 2 or 3. Or have a drone of some kind just carry a single one. Make it drop-able from EVERYTHING. Extend that range even further.
