Not classical ballet...but there are ballet and jazz elements in this routine.

the dance was cool...but what it was the execution...the difference between thme and 14k is 14k does use tech but not as much as them because they have developed the modern/florida ride out type of dance and go hard whereas Champagne does this ballet/graceful type of dance and doesn't like to brake a sweat well thats what it seemd lik to me

I think these girls are good, this was just not their day, we all have off days, but to me the energy was not there and they did nothing to really make you say DAMMMMMNNNN. Oh and can yall plz stop calling 14k strippers, because those girls are really good, and their shows are always on point.

you people are missing the point a choreography is nothing with out dancers and vice versa but both parties have to be on each others level you have squads that have dancers with excellent ability and horrible choreography and the you have excellent choreographers with unlimited ability and imagination but horrible dancers but SCSU has a excellent choreographer with unlimited ability and imagination but his dancers are just Ok there not the cream of the crop but guess what they still pull it off

Man each dance troupe has its own swag..... Now u have to realize that most HBCU bands give what the crowd wants... 14k has percision and sync.... Now I have seen the Champagne Dancers, b to gether.. Or the Champagne still don't fit all da songs that they dance 2... There are dance troupes that are all around dancers and will run rings around these girls. SU, Dancing Dolls, Grambling Orchesis, NSU Fire and Ice...

not bringing negativity... But the squad is ok.. But when it comes to dancing on a squad the choreography can be done for a top notch squad... It is all about percision...... And this (Clip)lacks that..... And that what makes any dance trope, percision and sync..

As a dancer trained in Show Band style dancing and theatre and knowing the basis of working choreography thats clever, technical and entertaining very few blck squads have those components does that make Champagne the best No but thats makes the relevant when you mentions HBCU squads thats Note worthy and 14K isn't it at all in my book the stripppers with a band behind them and it's futile to sit here and even compare the two some uneducated individuals should be quiet....

Stop with that 14k stuff, there is more to dancing than stripper routines. Just because they are in Florida, that is now excuse. That "Drop It Like It's Hot" move in every routine they do has become so predictable. Get some new moves why don't they. Perhaps they need a Brian.
