I love this 500E merc. One of the badest looking mercedes ever made. The body style is still modern and is not trying to be a airplane, it a car.

I love them too. You right, there isn't much difference between 400E/E420 and E500/500E. Both come with V8 engine except 500E/E500 come with 5.0 L , I think some with 6.0L as opposed to 400E/E420 4.2L engine. Addition to that, the 500E/E500 got more HP and torque. I have 400E and E420. I rather have any of the W124 models than the newer garbage out there.
