This is a sort of sequel of "Prince Nuada vs Lucius Malfoy-I'm blonder than you!",here's the general plot:
After the little quarrel about their blondiness Nuada and Mafoy discovered themselves to be attracted by each others and so projected their plan to conquer the world!Their first victiom is our beloved Wizardry school!
Will the plan 9 work this time???
