@teomosu hate to rain in on your parade but jackslasho is right is it really considered a freerunning move but if you want to think efficiency then think flow someone who practices parkour might find a spot were they wanna do this. plus you kinda have to search specifically for 360 precisions to find this tutorial which means you were looking for it, so why criticize a move you were searching for so negatively?

@heasion2600 parkour = efficiency. Where is the efficiency in doing a 360? Nowhere. Wasted energy and enhanced chances of injury.
