(I surrender to the Divine Mother, rising up)

I learned this mantra at a Kundalini Yoga class and my yoga teacher explained that it allows us to experience a humble respect for the power of the creative feminine energy in each of us and the power of the mother of feminine energy making us compassionate, radiant, and joyous. It's a splendid mantra for invoking inspiration and creativity. I can completely attest to this ... I only learned the mantra last night and I've been recording all day long and writing new songs and articles which I don't have the time to record in one day. It's as if somebody took the stoppers out of my writer's block! I sing the mantra 11 times in this video and the melody is something that came to me over the evening.

@pimpo911 No problem on the translation; I believe it's a much more powerful experience when everybody understands the meaning of the words used in a mantra because it can help you focus your intent during meditation. :) Who was the singer for the yoga CD you heard?
