I remember this from an episode of the short-lived FX show "Starved" about a group of friends who meet at a support group for eating disorders. It was great but only lasted a season and was cancelled in favor of saving "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." This was a closing montage song which left you understanding their frustrations and struggles... brilliant show and a brilliant song to end with.

why do i have so much nostalgia related to songs?! this song almost made me cry because i remembered all the good times i had as a kid when i listened to this song 24/7 how do i get over it every time i listen to a song it brings back so many memories...take in mind im not a pussy either i play rugby and im not very emotional....its just SONGS....
