@oleschoolchic my kids distracted me i erased some stuff just noticed it, oh yeah when he came to fulton mall she almost broke her neck getting there to see him and get his autograph.

@oleschoolchic me too the same exact story my aunt linda when he came to fulton mall in brooklyn she is a Marvin fan she still listen to him. When I turned 18 I went and bought every Marvin Sease album on the rack I was grown mommy could't do nothing about it. I can appreciate his music on another level once I understood what he was singing about.

Everybody give it up one time for the CANDY LICKER!!!!!!! R.I.P. Marvin Cease. By far one of the greatest blues singers of all time. These songs take me back to being a child listening to my folks play that good blues. Somebody wave a hand if you hear me!

I’m in total disbelief right now......This morning I heard Tom Joyner say that Marvin Sease passed away yesterday and I just can't believe it. I grew up listening to Marvin Sease. My aunt use to and still does play Marvin Sease ALL the time. As a child I use to sing...."Candy Licker" like I was singing the "ABC Song" not knowing at the time what I was really singing about. I just knew I liked it and it sound good. My aunt looooooooooves Marvin Sease every time he came to town

con't)or close enough for her to travel...she was there. To this day I still listen to Marvin Sease!!! My deepest condolences go out to the family of Mr. Marvin Sease. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. His presence will be GREATLY missed but his music and soul with live on in our hearts forever!!!!
