@AlfanetKayuara Yes, it work. Using two lights, one with the softbox and the panel of your choice aimed at the background and the other one aimed at your subject. Easy isn't?

I bought these off a eBay seller. There the same as the intermit strobes system . I think the ones a bought are probably the same manufacture . And there only 100.00 bucks.
