size of staff really depends on you and wat u want, a buddy of mine makes staffs and u can use about any size u want like my staff compared to this guys is a huge difference but i also cant do many of the tricks he can do because of that

Having done this for only a week, i can do all of this... Throw in some contact. Show me a double prayer steve into jesus, and I'll buy that this is "extreme"

i AM a beginner. i've been practicing with a staff everyday this week and i'm impressed with how quickly i've been picking it up, so i'm pretty sure it's something i'll be sticking with. i was just looking for more moves to practice. i've got a couple questions-
how long is that staff? i'm a bit taller than you at 6'2" so i'll go a touch longer, but the one i've got right now is 60" and i think i'm going to trim it down some. just looking for a target range or maybe a rule of thumb.

Apparemment, selon le dernier commentaire à la fin, t'es français.
J'm'y suis mis au staff (J'en ai fait un petit, 80 cm et un peu lourd) et j'comprend et approuve le fait que tu dise "try with small and heavy staff you ll anderstand" car c'est vrai.

il dois avoir l'habitude de son manche a balais xD
Sinon le mien fait 1m02 (la taille max pour le passer entre mes jambes) et est lesté au deux bouts ;)
