Kind of reminds me of Toribash. turn based real time action. that doesn't really fit any preset genre.

@dokvald I see what you mean, although Flotilla, while not a traditional one, can still be considered a turn based strategy... Toribash on the other hand... Never heard of a turn based beat em up,
