The pre-history of "Street Smarts" and a weird bit of television history...It's the NBC game show "I'll Bet." It went off the air for a few years and returned in syndication as "It's Your Bet," hosted by Jack's brother Tom Kennedy.
Thank you for posting this...one of my earliest memories is of watching "I'll Bet" (which I called "The Betting Game") after Jeopardy! and a show that I remembered had Jan Murray on it. (Though my research tells me the show between "Jeopardy!" at 11:30 and "I'll Bet" was "Call My Bluff", not hosted by Jan Murray.... perhaps Jan Murray was a regular.
I recognize them now. Could they have been any more low key about identifying them without making them wear disguise? Why didn't they post their full names?
Is the announcer Roy Whaley, who did 'Crusader Rabbit'?
